When your full paper is accepted please submit your camera-ready paper by using Camera Ready Paper submission template.
The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. Please DO NOT forget to include copyright notice at the bottom of the first page.
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-1315-9/19/$31.00 ©2019 Crown

All presented papers will be published in the proceedings of the ICSG2019 congress and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. For a timely production and submission of the proceedings, it is important that you upload copyright form ( papers without the copyright signed online cannot appear in the proceedings)

To upload the final manuscript please complete the following steps:
Revise your paper taking into account the review comments.
Use the ICSG İstanbul 2019 Camera Ready Paper submission template and prepare a PDF file that is compatible to IEEE Xplore by using PDFeXpress . To prepare and check compatibility of your file(s) you need to creating your PDF eXpress Account. To do that:
Log in to the IEEE PDF Express
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
• 45952X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying
your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that
was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Comments on IEEE Electronics Copyright Form
IEEE offers an electronic copyright form that can be signed online. You can do it from the ConfTool easily.
Please note: There are known problems when the IEEE copyright form system is run with some browsers and firewalls, so if the process does not start (e.g. you see a login screen or an error message), please try another browser, try to disable your firewall temporarily or try to use a computer at another location
You may revise your submission by uploading replacement files until the upload deadline.
