Language of the congress is English. All submissions must be prepared in English.
Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
Double blind submissions;
All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Common sense and careful writing will go a long way towards preserving anonymity. Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policies will be rejected without review.
Please use the paper format described below and be sure that:
• The names and affiliations of authors from the title page were removed.
• Acknowledgments of identifying names and funding sources were removed.
• Project titles or names that can be used to trace back to the authors via a web search engine were removed.
Authors should submit a full paper of maximum Five (5) minimum Three (3) A4-sized pages in length, including figures, tables and references in English.The paper must be formatted according to the IEEE – PES submission template available on the site. Please use the following first submission word-template (IEEE – PES template format) and the writing instructions described within the document for full papers.
Please upload your contribution via the ConfTool Submission System. The copyright signature is done via this tool as well.
